FRANCIS LAW, P.C.
Privacy policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
This policy explains information collected through the Francis Law website and its consultation scheduling features. Francis Law, P.C. is located at 1035 Pearl Street, Suite 303, Boulder, CO 80302. For privacy questions, contact intake@francislawcolorado.com or 303-409-2050.
Information you provide
If you contact the firm or request a consultation, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, preferred meeting method, and a description of your question. Email correspondence and information you later provide for a potential matter may contain additional personal information. The firm uses this information to respond, arrange a meeting, evaluate whether it can assist, and communicate with you about that request.
Before requesting a consultation
Sending a message or scheduling a consultation does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or mean that the firm has accepted your matter. Representation requires agreement with the firm. Please begin with a brief overview rather than medical records, financial account numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive files. Ask the firm how to provide documents if they are needed. Do not rely on an online appointment or an unanswered message to protect a filing deadline.
Scheduling with Calendly
The website embeds Calendly so you can choose a consultation time. Information entered in that scheduler is processed by Calendly and made available for the firm’s scheduling and consultation workflow. Meeting choices may include a phone call or Google Meet. Review Calendly’s privacy notice for its handling of data, cookies, and scheduling services.
Website activity, cookies, and analytics
The website uses WordPress, hosting services, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. These services can process technical and usage information such as IP address, browser/device information, referring pages, and pages visited. This information supports site operation, security, and analysis of website use. Google Tag Manager manages website tags; the data collected depends on the tags in use. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
Cookies and similar technologies may support these functions. Where cookie controls are presented, you can review the available choices. You can also manage cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies or third-party content may affect maps, scheduling, or other features; it does not necessarily prevent all server logging.
Maps and other external services
Some location pages embed Google Maps. Loading an embedded map or scheduler connects your browser to that provider, which may receive technical information and use its own cookies. Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other external websites take you to services governed by their own privacy practices. You can contact the firm by phone if you prefer not to use an embedded tool.
Service providers and other disclosures
Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, security, analytics, email, scheduling, and meeting services. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and security, subject to applicable professional obligations. If representation begins, the handling of matter-related information is also subject to the engagement and the firm’s professional duties.
Retention and security
Retention needs depend on the purpose of the information, the status of an inquiry or matter, and applicable legal and professional obligations. No website, email system, or online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact the firm with questions about particular information or to discuss a suitable method of providing sensitive documents.
Your questions and requests
You may contact the firm to ask about information you supplied, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. The response may depend on verification, the nature of the information, and legal or professional retention requirements. Include enough information to identify your request, but do not send identity documents or sensitive matter details unless requested.
Policy updates
This page may be updated as the website or its services change. The date above identifies the latest version. Questions can be directed to intake@francislawcolorado.com.
